Initiate Request
Contact our support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Securely
Place the watch and all original accessories, manuals, and tags back into the original presentation box and shipping carton.
Attach Label
Affix the provided pre-paid insured shipping label to the outside of the package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Inspection & Refund
Once received, our watchmakers will inspect the item. Approved returns will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
